I care about my clients and their financial situations. I make it a practice to respond to clients in a timely manner: in person, on the phone or by email or text. I give clients financial options and alternatives whenever available. Bankruptcy rules about income, assets, debts and collections are set by law. Missing information or inadvertently forgotten accounts can lead to potential problems for you and your case. Once in a while, clients might think I am being too “tough” in requiring detailed information be provided prior to filing a bankruptcy or other case. I do require details in order to avoid problems later. I cannot guarantee that I will always give you the answer you want to hear, but I will always do my best to get you the answers that you need in order to solve your financial issues.
