Our Process
-
A free telephone consultation
Jen will assess your situation and the legal issues involved. Typically it takes 5-10 minutes to determine your basic legal needs.
-
Initial appointment
Jen will review the documents that you bring to your initial meeting with her. She will determine the courses of action that you may take and recommend solutions to manage your debt most effectively.
-
Filing your Case
If a bankruptcy or a WI Chapter 128 repayment plan will help you eliminate and manage your debts, Jen will quickly and efficiently file your case. Filing a bankruptcy or WI Chapter 128 will help prevent your creditors from ruining your finances and get you on the path to a better financial future.
-
A better future
Jen will do her best to represent you effectively until the successful completion of your bankruptcy with a Bankruptcy Discharge from the Court. After completion of your bankruptcy, at your request, she will write letters to credit bureaus, creditors or landlords asking them to correct records to accurately reflect your credit situation. For a small fee, she can also help you lift state court judgments so that you can reach your financial goals after the conclusion of your bankruptcy.
